GALLERY RED, MALLORCA
For Gallery RED, a leading international contemporary art gallery based in Palma de Mallorca, the focus lay on refining the visual narrative through art direction and styling for a dedicated photo production.
The intention was to shift the atmosphere toward a more collected and sophisticated sensibility - elevating the spatial perception while preserving the gallery’s strong contemporary identity.
The approach centered on composition: layering textures, introducing collectible design elements and creating visual moments that enhance the dialogue between art and environment. The styling aimed to soften the purely exhibition-driven aesthetic, allowing the gallery to feel more intimate, curated and culturally grounded.
Gallery RED represents both iconic names - including Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Gerhard Richter, Yayoi Kusama and Jeff Koons - and a strong selection of emerging international artists. The art direction therefore needed to balance presence and restraint: strengthening the backdrop without competing with the works themselves.
